I love everything about the Narwal Freo Z Ultra. It does an exceptional job of cleaning. It is super smart as well. I love that the mop pads are regularly cleaned and dried and re-loaded with fresh mop water while on the go. My only recommendation for serious buyers is to think about purchasing the water exchange system available for it. You likely wouldn’t be purchasing this machine unless you had a lot of floor space to mop, so it stands to reason that you will likely encounter the same issue I did: it could only mop two medium-sized rooms before the fresh-water tank and the dirty-water tanks needed to be dealt with. There was no way it would have mopped all my hard-floor spaces without having to be there to reload and empty the tanks. So, I ended up purchasing the water exchange system which is getting plumbed in, in the coming days, so that I can schedule a complete cleaning and not worry about the tanks. I promise you will love this machine.

I absolutely love my Narwal it makes keeping the house so easy. I have 2 small dogs and of course 3 teen boys so sometimes things get left on the floor like socks , dog toys ect. The Narwal has an amazing obstacle avoidance and can show you on the map where and what the item is. This is truly a set it and forget it. I love how I can have my floors mopped and vacuumed while I am doing other things. I don¡¯t find it loud or disruptive. This is one of my most used small appliances in my home

The robot mapped my entire floor, then vacuumed and mopped it all perfectly! Didn¡¯t miss anything and it identified and avoided all the hazards the my old vacuum would choke on! I love this machine! It¡¯s so quiet too! I can run it while we sleep! Im getting another for the upstairs!

I had a ishark robot for 3 years it was ok vaccuming and getting hair not tangled, the maloing was awful, not precise no lidar. This on the other hand has a great lidar, mapping , cameras. Fast movement and great smart application. U can lrogram the sequence of cleaning between rooms options to vaccum , mop or both for each room, u can see the robot live moving and history of where it cleaned. Battery charges super fast. Mopping is amazing floor looks better than ever before although the detergent doesnt really leave any lavender or lime smell as it is written on it. Amd parts r very expensive and u cant refill the detergent and u have to get new dust bags, cant empty them have to replace them. The other plastic part on the robot itself has to be cleaned very quickly otherwise the lints will fill it up really quick. But very accessible and easy to empty since its on the top of it. Over all i love everything about it just wish they made the detergent refillable.
